1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or booking a class on GlobalSpeak Bookings, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Bookings & cancellations
All classes are auto-confirmed at the time of booking. You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 2 hours before its start time. Cancellations made within the 2-hour window may consume the credit and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by admin.
3. Plans
Credit plans grant a fixed number of pre-paid sessions. Unlimited plans grant booking access within plan-specific concurrency and weekly limits, for the duration shown at the time of purchase. Payments are handled outside the platform; plan assignment is performed by admin.
4. Teacher conduct
Teachers commit to showing up on time and prepared. Late teacher cancellations (under 5 hours) trigger an admin alert and a refund of the class credit to the affected student.
5. Account suspension
Admins may pause an account for billing or conduct issues. Paused accounts cannot book new classes but retain access to past booking history.
